Portable Interpretation Equipment

A portable interpretation equipment set normally consists of two radio frequency (FM) transmitters with the interpreter’s headset and microphone and 10 – 40 receivers with headsets for the participants to listen to the interpretation. It comes in a specially designed carrying case and can be delivered to your meeting venue on the day of the meeting. No prior installation is required. The receivers and transmitters are comfortable to wear and easy to use. Your meeting moderator or one of the interpreters will explain to the audience how to use the equipment, and your participants will be able to individually adjust the volume on the receiver and set it to the proper channel. The channels can be easily set and adjusted to maximize sound quality and to allow for more than one language with a transmission range up to 150 feet.

This type of equipment is perfect for smaller scale meetings that run on a tighter budget. It offers ease of transportation and is versatile enough to allow for multiple units working side by side. It is also a great option for walking tours of a site that requires comments of a tour guide; it comes in handy on bus rides from one site to another when you want to make good use of the time in transit and provide useful information to your guests, and is a perfect companion for wireless sound transmission.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for a price quote of renting a set of portable interpretation equipment.
